1. Shipping & Handling

All our jewelleries pieces are handcrafted, so you have to estimate a time of completion about 1-2 weeks.

Orders inside Greece:

Orders ship from Corfu and the estimated delivery period is 1-5 business days. All orders are free of charge, and it will be delivered to you by ACS courier service. The cash on delivery service is not available.

International orders:

International orders ship with ELTA (Greek Postal Service). Periods of delivery may vary according to the destination place. Please note that delivery outside the E.U may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply. Extra charges may apply for remote locations. All our jewellery’s pieces are packed in a special protection package to receive them in excellent condition. In case you receive an order with a damaged packaging, the company does not take responsibility for the damage. Please contact us to find out the alteration and replace your order.

PUNCTUM Jewellery Workshop shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Return & Refund Policies

As any of PUNCTUM jewellery pieces are handcrafted and ‘made to order' we cannot accept refunds or exchanges unless the jewellery piece is defective, wrong product or size. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please contact us within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem.

The jewellery piece(s) should be returned using a trackable insured shipping service. It should be securely packaged, you should also include the receipt of the jewellery piece and the return form along with the product(s) you wish to return along.

PUNCTUM Jewellery Workshop does not accept cancellations after 48 hours of your purchase.

Replaces- Refunds

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged or in the wrong size than what you ordered. If you need to return a piece of jewellery for the above reasons, email us at hello.punctum@gmail.com and send the product to the following address: PUNCTUM Jewellery Workshop Themistokleous Kotardou 33 GREECE, CORFU P.O 49131 using the services of secured shipment with detection.

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the returned jewellery. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. We reserve the right to judge whether an item is defective and has not been abused by you.

If your request is approved, you are entitled to either a refund or the replacement of the same jewellery. Your refund will be made by automatic credit on your credit card or according to your original payment method. PUNCTUM Jewellery Workshop will not proceed with replacement and refund in cases such as:

  •  Normal wear and tear.
  • Inappropriate or unjustified use of the product.
  • Modification and reparation of the product without consent of PUNCTUM Jewellery Workshop
  • If the original invoice and certificates cannot be supplied, have been altered or became unreadable.
  • If the -even partial- defects have been caused intentionally, or by serious negligence or lack of maintenance.
  • In the event of the loss of pearls, gemstones.

PUNCTUM Jewellery Workshop reserves the right to dismiss the return and refund if one or more of the above requirements are not met.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be paid back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please always use trackable shipping service when returning an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, it is your responsibility to track the package and have proof of postage.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 14 days for a refund to appear after your confirmation email. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card company again as sometimes there is a processing delay when refunds are posted.
